Brock-Norton has a new online Client Portal where you can view your policy information, report a claim, request a certificate and print Auto ID cards. The portal also allows you to view important insurance documents and request changes. Please note that you are not able to make payments through our Client Portal. To pay your insurance bill, please contact your insurance carrier directly. You can find your carrier’s contact info on our Insurance Company Billing Resources page.

To create a login, you will need to provide an email address, a phone number and one of your policy numbers. Make sure to enter your policy number without any dashes or spaces, so the system will recognize it.
