Workers' Compensation

Workers' Compensation Insurance covers an employee's medical bills and disability resulting from a work-related injury.

In the event of an injury:
     1. Direct the employee to seek medical attention​              
          -  Can you direct care for a Workplace Accident? It depends on your state. Click here for more information

      2. Gather the necessary details
            a. The date, time, and location of the accident
            b. The time the employee began working on the date of the accident
            c. A description of how the loss occurred
            d. List any potential witnesses
            e. The nature of the injury
            f.  Employee information: 
                        i.  Name, address, phone number
                       ii.  Date of birth
                      iii.  Social Security number
                      iv.  Position details:  Date of hire, occupation, department, the name of the employee’s supervisor, and salary information

     3. Complete our Accident Report or the Employer's Accident Report for your state. 

     4. Accident Reports submitted through this site will be forwarded to your Agent, and you will receive a reply. 

Accident Reports and additional documentation can be uploaded securely through our Claims Portal.
